PRICE SPECIFICATON
Your price is significantly lower than other places, how is this possible? Do you use lower grade material?
No, we just minimize our expense, and exercise bulk purchasing power to set our cost low.
When is the price only $0.95 per sq ft.?
If your banner is over 200 Sq ft., then the price is only $0.95 per sq. ft. A few smaller banners do not accumulate as one big banner to qualify as over 200 Sq ft. however even on a smaller size banner we still offer significantly lower prices than other places.
What is your turn around time?
Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days. We offer rush service for a small fee. Fee depends on project.
Is there a diference in price for printing 1 color or full color?
No, we charge the same low price for 1 to full color banners, photos, logos, any type of art. In addition to banners, what other products do you offer? We do offer the following products. Banners, Billboards, Building Coverings, Pressure Sensitive Vinyl, Vinyl Mesh, Backlit Indoor and outdoor signage, If you need information on these products, please email us at billboardsetc@gmail.com
What is your product guarantee?
All our products are guaranteed with UV clear coat (which must be requested at the time of the order and which has an additional cost of $0.30 per square foot) are guaranteed for three (3) years against fading in excess of 15%. Please note: Since all orders are custom printed, therefore once your banner goes into printing process we cannot cancel or change the order.
My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support at billboardsetc@gmail.com, or call 580-326-1660. Damaged banners must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the banners for a reprint.
Do you offer double sided printing on the banners?
No, we only print 1 side banners.
What are hems?
1" Hems are heat welded around the edges of the banner for a longer life span at no additional charge.
What are grommets?
Grommets are aluminum rings that are placed around the banner for hanging with hooks or rope or on a wall by using screws and washers. Grommets are usually placed every 2 feet, for an additional charge of $1.50 per grommet.
What are pole pockets?
Pole pockets are looped pockets, either on the top and bottom or side to side of the banner for insertion of a pole for hanging. Shipping We offer FREE ground shipping (5-7 business days after your banner is printed).
What if I need my order delivered faster than 5-7 business days?
We also offer Overnight delivery and 2nd Day Air. If you need your shipping upgraded then we will get you a shipping quote. You only pay what we get charged to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
No.

 

DURABILTY
Are these banners for Indoor or Outdoor use?
Our banners are widely used throughout the U.S. for billboards, and wallscapes, as well as for P.O.P. or trade shows, backdrops, so they can be used for both, indoor & outdoor use.
How long will the banners last?
Our inks are made with automotive-grade pigments to resist fading for 2 years. We use 13 oz., heavy duty three-ply material with PVC on the outside layers and an 800 denier polyester scrim in the back for strength. Semi-gloss finish. Anti-mildew, anti-UV, and flame retardant. Meets NFPA-701 (National Fire Protection Association, the governing national body) guidelines for flame resistance. Designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

STORAGE
How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?
All banners should be rolled, or folded image area to back side of banner area. Please DO NOT fold ink to ink as it may result the ink to stick while being exposed to heat and may damage the banner. Store banner in a dry cool place. Do not store in a hot place, do not store directly exposed to the sun. Size What is the biggest size of banners you offer? There is no size restriction.
What materials can you print on?
For Banners we use bright white 13 oz. black backed vinyl. The other materials we use include: Vinyl Mesh, Vinyl Flex, and Backlit Vinyl.
Can you print on seamless vinyl?
Absolutely. We print up to 14 ft. x 48 ft. on seamless material. Make sure to specify your desire for seamless material at the time of your next order. There is an additional charge of $.35 per sq ft. for seamless material.
What is your standard print resolution?
Our standard print resolution for billboards is 150 dpi. As such, all of our banners and billboard flex have sharp, crisp, and consistent images.

 

ORDER - UPLOAD
How do I place an order?
Orders are processed online using credit cards or PayPal. Simply go to the ordering page and put in your information. In the finishing box, please put in how you want the edges of your vinyl to be finished (meaning pockets, hem, and grommet placement). Upload your artwork with your order and a confirmation will be sent to you by email once you have paid.
How do I change my order before it is printed?
Please contact us via email or phone with the changes you would like to make ASAP. Include your name and a phone number where you can easily be reached, and your order number. Once your order goes into printing process we cannot change or cancel the order.
Can I pick up my order?
Not Currently. We are a web-based company and we ship all banner orders.

 

ARTWORK - REQUIREMENTS
Adobe Photoshop:
Artwork should be set up at 1" equals 1' at 360 dpi- CMYK. Artwork files in a higher resolution will ensure a higher quality print.

Other formats are accepted if they are saved in high-resolution EPS, TIF or PDF formats
*Please note Pantone colors (coated solid to process) will always provide a better color match.
ARTWORK, FILES, ETC
Is there extra charge to create the artwork?
Graphic Design is FREE. We will design you initial layout and then you get two changes for free. After two changes you will be charged $25.00 a change. Most customers never go over 2 changes.
How do I know if my file is good enough for printing?
If we are designing your ad, then we will make sure your file is good enough for printing. If we do not design it then you should check with the designer. If the file has not been created yet, you should inform the person designing it about the specifications for printing. Files should be created at 1/4 or 25% scale with as much resolution as you can provide. We realize that due to upload constraints you may want to down sample your file, however, please do not down sample to a resolution lower than 300 dpi. When building files please use US Web Coated (SWOP v2) color profile for your color builds. If assigning PMS builds please use the Pantone Solid to Process library of colors as all jobs will be printed in 4-color process CMYK. It is not necessary to provide bleed on your artwork. We will add bleed as needed to your files.
What's the largest file size I can email you?
We can accept files up to 15 MB as an attachment to an e-mail. In case of larger files, please use www.yousendit.com.

Do you offer proofs?
You will be emailed a proof for your approval. A hard copy proof will run $20.00 is you are concerned about color. Proofs will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor? Due to the different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not match the colors displayed on the monitor. There may be a slight change. Please Note: Turnaround time does not start until proof(s) are approved.
